In line with its name, Critical Assist specialises in the supply of medical and surgical products to the Critical Care areas of public and private hospitals, day-procedure centres, and surgical wholesalers throughout Australia and more recently the Primary CAre market.

In the past eighteen years, it has achieved a remarkably strong brand recognition of its major product lines.

Critical Assist achieved recognition of its Quality System in May, 1996, and highly values the status associated with AS/NZS ISO 9002:1994 standards. In May, 2002, a quality audit upgraded the Company's certification to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.
